A LUNCHEON DISH
CHEESE AND APPLE SALAD. Cream 4oz. Continental cheese with 1 tablespoon cream, paprika and salt to taste. Form into small balls the size cf medium-size marble and place in ice chest to chill thoroughly. In the meantime, peel and scoop out some rounds the same size as the cheese from 4 large apples, sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve on crisp lettuce with the cheese balls and a French dressing.
