ROTARY CLUB

BUSINESS AT WEEKLY LUNCHEON. Th weekly meeting of the Masterton Rotary Club was held at the Y.M.C.A. today, the president. Mr Norman Lee, presiding over a good attendi ance. Miss O. Sutherland and Messrs P. J. Borthwick, A. J. Drew, A. Tier and G. M. Ross were guests of the club. The speakers for the day were three students from the Wairarapa College who each gave a short talk on aspects of education (a report of which appears elsewhere in this issue). Their remarks were listened to with the keenest interest by those_ present and on th'o motion of. the Ven. Archdeacon E. J. Rich they were accorded a hearty vote of thanks for their contributions.
