Masterton, left yesterday on a visit Io her mother, Mrs J. M. Simpson, Dunedin. Mrs T. G. Gilbert, who has been the guest of Dr. Helen Cowie, Masterton, is spending a few days with friends in Wellington before returning to Christchurch. Miss Doreen Jamieson contributed a vocal solo, “Sanctuary of the Heart, by Ketelby, at the function held in the McGregor Hall, Knox Church. Masterton, on Tuesday night, a report of which appeared in yesterday’s “TimesAge.’’
