ODD FELLOWS’ LODGE
VISIT OF DISTRICT OFFICERS
(“Times-Age” Special.)
Bro. Johns presided, over a fair attendance of members in the lodge room, Martinborough, last evening, when a hearty welcome was tendeied the District Grandmaster Bro. C. O. Jorgensen, who was accompanied by the Deputy G.M., Bro. W. R. Treadwell, P.D.G.M., Bro. A. J. B. Foote, PDGM. Bro. J. L. Stewart (Grand Secretary), P.G. Bro. G.- S. Bruce (member of the Management Committee) and. P.D.G.M. Bro. C. J. DeLacey. The visitors gave a very interesting resume of the business as it effected the lodges, districts and the Order generally. Several questions were asked and satisfactorily answered. An important matter stressed by the Grand Secretary was that of an increased funeral insurance and quoted figures and information to show that members should apply to various ledge secretaries for particulars which would be of great benefit to them.
