A TASTY DISH

PEANUT BUTTER CROQUETTES. Melt 1 tablespoon margarine in a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons flour, pepper and salt to taste. Cook a little, then add I cup milk and stir until mixture thickens. Add 2 cups rice (cooked). 1 tablespoon peanut butter, and, if liked, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley. Form'into cork shapes, roll in egg and breadcrumbs, and fry in boiling fat until a golden brown. Drain well and serve with grilled bacon.
