AMERICAN SHIP BOUND FOR MANILA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) SHANGHAI, September 20. Japanese sources said that a fine of 5000 Mexican dollars has been imposed on the American freightei' Zoella Lykes because of irregularities in the ship’s manifest. The agent, they said, has agreed to pay the fine and the ship will be allowed to proceed to Manila shortly.
