EXPECTATION OF FURTHER EXTENSION. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, September 17. The political correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says the Government is to introduce a Bill in October for the extension of the life of Parliament for a further year. (The normal term is five years). The present Parliament enters on its seventh year in November.
