OBITUARY
MR CECIL REID. The death occurred at the Masterton Hospital yesterday of Mr Cecil Reid, of Pongaroa, at the age of 32 years.- The late Mr Reid, who was born in Greymouth, had lived in the Pongaroa district for some years. He was employed by the Akitio County Council. For the past nine months he had been a patient in Masterton Hospital. He was a son of Mrs J. W. Reid and the late Mr Reid, and was unmarried. The funeral will take place tomorrow at Pongaroa Cemetery at 2 p.m.
