TURKEY IN DANGER
ANTICIPATION OF EARLY GERMAN ATTACK IN SPITE OF BERLIN DENIALS. BULGARIA'S SINISTER POLICY. LONDON, September 16. The “Daily Express” correspondent on the German frontier says he has been informed by a high source that Turkey is in imminent danger of an invasion. Berlin has denied persistent reports of a coming German offensive across Turkey, but the fact remains that troops and war materials have been heavily concentrated in Bulgaria, which country for no specific reason on September 14 called up three new classes of men and gave them five hours in which to answer the call.
