MASTERTON SALE
BRIGHTER TONE IN PRICES. SOME EARLY REALISATIONS. . There was an all round brighter tone in early prices at the Masterton stock sale today. Bidding was brisk from a good bench of buyers. Early prices were: Fat sheep: Southdown wethers. 24s 6d; do maiden ewes, 25s sd. Pigs: Weaners (medium), 27s 6d, 20s, 235, 23s 6d.
