WAIRARAPA COLLEGE

MEETING OF PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION. MR AND MRS DICKEL’S SERVICES EULOGISED. Arrangements were completed by the Wairarapa College Parents’ Association, at its last meeting, over which Mr A. Owen Jones presided, for an old-time dance to be held in the Assembly Hall on Saturday, September 27. It was decided also to hold a “Paddy s market” in the Assembly Hall on Saturday, November 1. Owing to leaving Masterton, Mr and Mrs G. C. L. Dickel were resigning from the committee, and deep regret was expressed at the Association losing two such valuable members. Mr and Mis Dickel have been members of the committee since its inception, and.it was decided to send them a letter of appreciation of the valuable services rendered to the association during their connection with it.
