GOLD MINING
COMPANY RETURNS. Grey River dredge reports a return of 2670 z. from 98,124 cubic yards in 124 hours during the week ended September 10. Austral New Zealand Mining Ltd., reports that for the twenty-eight days ending at midnight on September 6, the dredge operated for 358 hours, treating 217,000 cubic yards, and producing 88Goz. of bullion. The Maori Gold dredge returned 71 ounces for 127 hours from 10,000 yards.
