FINLAND’S ATTITUDE
DETERMINATION OF FRONTIER COULD BE SETTLED BY NEGOTIATION. ACCORDING TO SWEDISH REPORT. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) STOCKHOLM. September 11. Mr George Gibson, president of the British Trades Union Congress, told a full session of the Swedish Trades Union Congress that 1 he was able to state authoritatively that it would be possible for Finland to negotiate with Russia and assure mutually satisfactory frontiers.
