GERMANS IN IRAN
SURRENDER TO ALLIES. CONSTITUTION OF JOINT COMMITTEE. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 1.0 p.m.) RUGBY, September 10. A committee, consisting of one member from the British Legation, one from the Russian Legation and the Director-General of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has been set up in Iran to arrange for the handing over of German nationals to the British and Soviet authorities.
