PREMIER’S RETURN
HOUSE EXPECTED TO MEET ON TUESDAY NIGHT STATEMENT ON WORLD SITUATION. SHORT SECRET SESSION POSSIBLE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Following the return to New Zealand of the Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, at the weekend, after his trip abroad, it is likely that the House of Representatives, which has been sitting on only three days a week for some time, will meet at 7.30 o'clock on Tuesday night. Mr Fraser will probably then make a statement to the House and the country on the international situation, and it is possible that there will be a short secret session to enable the Prime Minister to discuss with the House confidential matters arising out of his visit. The Acting-Prime Minister, Mr Nash, is likely to leave Wellington for Auckland on Friday night, to meet Mr Fraser.
