COMING HOME BY CLIPPER FAREWELL STATEMENT IN SAN FRANCISCO. FAITH IN AMERICAN EFFORT. ■ (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) SAN FRANCISCO. September 7. The New Zealand Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, left today for the Dominion by Clipper. In a statement to the Press he said: — “I cannot commit your country to a policy but I go home frankly with great encouragement. America’s help has been very great. There is more to do but we feel she will do it,”
