BRITISH PROPAGANDA
CO-ORDINATION SCHEME. DEVELOPMENT OF JOINT ORGANISATION. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 3. To co-ordinate the whole of British foreign propaganda, the British Government is to constitute a committee of representatives from the Foreign Office, the Ministry of Economic Warfare, the Ministry of Informatinon and the British Council. The 8.8. C. and other bodies will collaborate with this political warfare department. The full plans are not yet completed, but there is no question of a Minister being appointed. It will be a joint organisation of all the bodies represented.
