SOMETHING FOR BREAKFAST
SAUSAGE TOAST. Boil as many sausages as required in boiling water to cover for about 6 minutes, allowing 1 sausage per person. Skin and cut into dice. Melt 1 dessertspoon butter in a pan with 1 tablespoon milk and 3 eggs slightly beaten. Add prepared sausage, pepper, salt, and a little made mustard. Stir over a moderate gas until eggs are set but not hard. Pile on buttered toast and serve with crisp bacon.
