Miss P. Stempa. Wellington, was a recent visitor to Masterton. Miss J. Hogg, Church Street. Masterton, is visiting Palmerston North. Mr and Mrs Parker, Wellington, who have been the guests of Mrs K. Gaynor. Upper Plain, have returned home. Sister M. Bernard, Waverley Convent, and Sister M. Casimer, of Levin Convent, are visiting their parents, Mr and Mrs A. Cleghorn, Mangamutu. Miss Hibberd, J.P.. Martinborough. visited Wellington yesterday to attend the gathering in honour of her Excellency, Lady Newall, held by the women’s executive of the Honorary Justices’ Association.
