ACCUSED MAN REMANDED TO WANGANUI. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Lower Court proceedings in the murder charge against. Pipi Katene will be taken at Wanganui. (Katene, a labourer aged 27, is charged with the murder of Arthur Harding Parkinson, at Waitotara. on August 4. He appeared in the Magistrate’s Court, Wellington, today and was remanded to Wanganui tomorrow. *
