SET BY WAI.H.I, FARMERS. TWO. OUT OF THREE GOING HgTO CAMP. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WAIHI, This Day. The example generally is one that might well be followed by a number of families we know of, not necessarily in this district, said the chairman, Mr S. L. Paterson, S.M., at a sitting of the No. 2 Armed Forces Appeal Board when an appelant farmer, of Waikino, stated that he and two other brothers had been drawn, in th.e same ballot and had decided, among themselves, which would appeal and ask to be allowed to look after the family’s farm properties, on which also, resided a pensioner father and an invalid mother. The appelant said his two brothers would shortly be going into camp. An adjournment, .sine die. was granted.
