HOME DEFENCE
WAIRARAPA MEN POSTED TO FORT DORSET. LEAVING NEXT MONDAY. The following men will report to Fort Dorset on Monday, September 8, for duty with the 10th Heavy Regiment: —F. W. Searancke and W. G. Braddick (Eketahuna); T. W. S. Harris, R. G. Bahout, C. E. Ransom, J. Cunningham, C. Sandbek, H. F. Vaughan (all of Masterton). The men will travel by the southbound mail train, those from Masterton parading at the Drill Hall at 1.30 p.m.
