MODEL AERO CLUB
ANNUAL MEETING ON WEDNESDAY. The annual meeting of the Masterton Model Aero Club will be held in the Savage-Club rooms on Wednesday, September 3, at 7.30 p.m. The club has an excellent record, no less than twelve of its members having joined the Air Force. Much of the success of these airmen in their examinations is due to the training they received while members of the Masterton Model Aero Club. Enlistments, as was to be expected, have seriously depleted the ranks of the club, and Mr W. G. Perry, the secretary and treasurer, whp has given valuable service in carrying-on the work of the club over a long period of years, would be pleased to receive support from adults who are interested in the movement. A very important training ground for airmen the Masterton Model Aero Club deserves to be strongly supported by local residen+s as a patriotic effort.
