DAIRY INDUSTRY LOWER VALLEY COMPANY. (“Times-Age” Special.) The annual report of the Lower Valley Dairy Company states inter alia: — “The output of cheese for the season was 184 tons and 9361b5„ being an increase on the previous year of 25j tons. The estimated average pay-out per pound for butterfat (all grades) last season was 17.109 d, and the actual average payout was 17.0978 d. A dividend on capital amounting to £96 18s lid was declared. Cheese in store for export has been valued at the guaranteed price according .to grade, and cheese in stock at 7d per pound. The estimated average payout per' pound of butterfat for all grades this season should be 17.8693 d. The directors do not recommend the payment of any dividend on share capital.”
