Waitomo), in an urgent question to the Minister of Defence (Mr Jones) asked if his attention had been drawn to the- serious charge's made against a gunner at Fort Dorset in the Magistrate’s Court at Wellington recently, and if he would institute inquiries into the control exercised at this and other forts in New Zealand. The Minister assured Mr Broadfoot that the fullest investigation would be made.
