ROTARY CLUB

BUSINESS AT ANNUAL MEETING. » The president, Mr P. F. Fagan, presided over the annual meeting of the Masterton Rotary Club held in the Y.M.C.A. rooms today. There was a good attendance of members. Mr Fagan submitted the annual report from the directors and the various chairmen of committees which showed in a concise and interesting manner the way in which the aims of Rotary were being acted upon in a practical and useful manner in the community.

The president elect, Mr Norman Lee, reported on his recent visit to Wellington where the presidents-elect and the secretaries of all Rotary clubs in New Zealand met to discuss matters concerning Rotary and the programme for the forthcoming year. There was a record attendance of delegates, only one club not being represented.
