COLLEGE OLD GIRLS

SOCIAL GATHERING LAST

NIGHT.

The Wairarapa College Old Girls’ Association met last evening at the home of Mrs R. Barnes, Herbert Street, there being a fair attendance of members.

During the evening- the girls were entertained with musical selections and a competition was won by Miss B. Hair.

All knitting for patriotic purposes has now been completed and will be disposed of in a day or two. After supper a vote of thanks was accorded to Mrs Barnes for her hospitality. The next evening will be held at the home of Miss P. Dixon, 69 Cornwall Street, on Monday, September 8.
