Mrs W. Hair, Tararua Street, Masterton, has returned from a visit to Auckland.
Mrs A. P. Bennett, Essex Street. Masterton, is spending a few days in Wellington.
Mrs Allister Buchanan, who has been spending a few days in Masterton, returned to New Plymouth today. Miss Norah Beetham, who is training at the Karitane Hospital. Auckland. is spending a holiday in Master ton.
The death occurred suddenly at the Wellington hospital yesterday of Mrs Elsie Maud Cooper, wife of Mi- Archibald Thomas Cooper, of Rongokokako, at the age of 54 years.
