BULGARIAN HARVESTERS
ATTACKED BY RUSSIAN BOMBERS. (Received This Day, 10.25 a.m.) LONDON, August 13. A Sofia communique states that Soviet planes dropped incendiary bombs on threshing machines working in several places in the Sumen district. They also dropped high explosives.
