AWARDED FOR INJURIES. SUFFERED TN MOTOR COLLISION. (By Telegranh—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Damages totalling £1,569 15s 2d were awarded by a jury in the Supreme Court to Sirley Donne, aged 27, and Master of Science and Assistant Parasitologist in the Department of Agriculture at the Wallaceville Laboratory. Plaintiff was seriously injured in a head-on collision with a car driven by the defendant, Bernard Anderson Ferrier. Liability was admitted by defendant, the jury merely having to assess the' damages.
