MOSCOW DENIAL
NO JAPANESE DEMANDS ON RUSSIA. LONDON. August 9. According to the Moscow correspondent of the British United Press, the Chief of the Soviet Information Bureau, M. Lozovsky, denied reports that Japan had presented demands to Russia. including a request for the demilitarisation of Vladivostock.
