DAMAGED BY ENEMY ACTION. ALL MEMBERS OF CREW SAFE. LONDON, August 8. The British motor liner Georgic of 28,000 tons has been damaged by enemy action. All members of the crew are safe. There were no troops on board at the time. The Cunard-White Star Company state that no troops were aboard the Georgic when she sustained damage.by enemy action, a Press Association cablegram reports.
