The Vice-President, Mr H. A. Wallace, interviewed while on a vacation in Colorado, said Washington feels that the Nazi regime will break down, through internal troubles, if the Russians hold out until the autumn. He declared: "I don't elaborate, but you can draw your own conclusions.”
