NO CLASH ON SIBERIA BORDER. (Received This Day, 10 a.m.) SHANGHAI, August 4. The Japanese military spokesman, Colonel Akiyama, said it is reported that a Soviet-Japanese border clash is impossible under the present circumstances, especially in view of the border demarcation negotiations, which are at present proceeding smoothly.
