CHURCH SERVICES

The services at the Salvation Army Citadel tomorrow will be conducted by Major and Mrs Ransom. The services at the Masterton Presbyterian Church and at Matahiwi tomorrow will be conducted by the Rev. John Davie. A short community sing will precede the evening service in Masterton. The session and managers will meet on Tuesday evening. The service of the Masterton Baptists will be held tomorrow morning in the Y.M.C.A. Hall at .11 o’clock. The preacher will be the Rev. C. F. Sherburd, of the Berhampore Baptist Church. The Sunday School and Bible Class will meet at 10 a.m.

A hearty invitation is extended to all who desire to worship in Lansdowne Church on Sunday to attend at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., when the Rev. D. McNeur will be the preacher. Ladies are invited to hear the Rev. G. L. Gray, of India, deliver a lecture on Tuesday at 3.0 p.m. in the Church Hall. The Holy Communion will be celebrated at St. Matthew’s Church, Masterton, tomorrow, at 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. The Ven. Archdeacon Rich will be the preacher both in the morning and evening. The Rev. V. W. Joblin will conduct the evening service at Kuripuni and the afternoon service at Taueru. Sunday, will be observed at the Methodist Church as Home Mission Day. The morning service will be conducted by the Rev. H. S. Kings, whose subject will be “Where to Begin.” Mr Kings will conduct the evening service at Kuripuni. The afternoon service at Wangaehu and the evening service at Masterton will be conducted by the Rev. H. J. Odell. Mr Odell is the As-sistant-Secretary of Horne Missions. Members of the R.S.A. wil be welcomed at the evening service.
