HOME GUARD

ARRANGEMENTS FOR TOMORROW.

The Battalion Headquarters and A and C Companies of the Masterton Home Guard are to parade at their respective drill halls tomorrow at ~ 8.0 a.m. The men will march to the Hood Aerodrome, headed by the Pipe Band, which will also parade at 8 a.m. The parade is to be held wet or fine. D Company will parade tomorrow at the Opaki Racecourse at 9.30 a.m., wet or fine. . . , Tactical exercises for officers, without troops, are to be held at Bennett’s Hill Road tomorrow, at 1 p.m., under the direction of Lieutenant-Colonel G. G. Hancox. Officers are required to attend without fail, and in the event of heavy rain to ring School House, ’phone 1140.
