NEW CABINET
FORMATION IN EGYPT.
HUSSEIN SIRRY RETAINS PREMIERSHIP.

The Cabinet yesterday resigned, and has been reformed on a broader basis. Hussein Sirry continues to head the Cabinet, which now has an overwhelming Parliamentary majority. It includes five Liberals, five Independents, and five Saadists. The Saadists, who hitherto have been in opposition, are led by Ahmed Maher, who is strongly pro-British. The principal portfolios are unchanged. The Wafd is. the only party that is not represented in the Cabinet.
