HIGH OFFICERS ARRESTED IN FRANCE. OPPONENTS OF COLLABORATION WITH NAZIS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.40 a.m.) ZURICH. July 31. The newspaper “Volksrecht” reports that three high Vichy Army officers, General Cochet of the Air Force and also General Bastion and Colonel Lousteneau Lacan have been arrested by order of Admiral Darlan. They are outspoken opponents of Franco-German collaboration.
