PLACED UNDER -ARREST TRIAL BY COURT-MARTIAL ORDERED. ALLEGED OFFENCES AGAINST MILITARY LAW. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.5 a.m.) RUGBY, July 31. The Secretary for War announced in the House of Commons that Major Sir Herbert Paul Latham, Conservative M.P. for Scarborough, has been placed under arrest and ordered to be tried by court-martial in connection with alleged offences against military law.
