PERSONAL ITEMS
Mr and Mrs J. O. Riddell, Masterton, are visiting Christchurch. Mrs P. H. Donovan has returned to Pongaroa after a holiday spent in Wellington. Miss E. Kent, Pongaroa, has returned home after a holiday spent in Wellington. Miss Cotterill, Gisborne, has been staying with Mrs H. J. Wardell, “Te Whiti.” Mr and Mrs J. M. Gardner, of Hastings, have taken up residence in the Pongaroa district. Mrs C. Wyeth, of Eketahuna, a former resident of Pongaroa, is visitingrelatives at Pongaroa. Miss Isla Bennett, “Hoebridge,” Mauriceville, who has been on the nursing staff of the New Plymouth and Masterton hospitals, has now taken up her duties at the Pahiatua Public Hospital.
