SOVIET-CZECH AGREEMENT. LONDON, July 20. The Moscow radio says that the agreement between the Czechoslovakian and Russian Governments rings a death-knell for Hitler. The ancient friendship between the two peoples has now been sealed in the common task of liberating Czechoslovakia.
