ENJOYABLE GATHERING EUCHRE PARTY AND DANCE. C‘Times-Age” Special.) There was a large attendance at the euchre party and dance held in the South Featherston Hall. Udy’s orchestra provided the music. The Monte Carlo waltzes were won by Mr A. Habib and partner, and Mr and Mrs Anderson. A lucky spot dance was won by Mr Mclntosh and Miss Gain. The winners at cards were: Ladies, Mrs Mellish 1, Mrs-Worsley 2; men, Mr Perry 1, Mr McLally 2. A child’s bangle, donated by Mrs Carter, was won by Miss McLeod, of Featherston. Personal. Mrs H. W. Willis, of South Featherston, has found it necessary to enter the’ Greytown Hospital for treatment.
