INCREASING POWER

OF BRITISH BOMBING ATTACKS GREAT DEVASTATED AREAS IN BREMEN DOCKS. SLIGHT ENEMY ACTIVITY" OVER BRITAIN. LONDON. July 15. The increasing power of attack of the R.A.F. is indicated in reports of last night’s raids on Bremen and Hanover, where the most powerful bombs were dropped. Great devastated areas could be seen and the docks at Bremen were left blazing. Five of our bombers are missing. A smaller force attacked the docks at Rotterdam. It is now known that during the operations on Sunday night, our bombers shot down an enemy fighter. Enemy activity over this country was very slight. Little damage was done and only a few casualties were reported-. Two enemy bombers were destroyed during the afternoon.
