DUTCH WAR EFFORT
EXPEDITIONARY FORCE FORMATION IN EAST INDIES POSSIBLE. DEPENDENT ON INTERNATIONAL SITUATION. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.25 a.m.) BATAVIA, July 14. The Netherlands Indies Government informed the People’s Council that it is considering the possibility of forming an Expeditionary Force, this action depending on the international situation in the East Indies. The monthly contribution to the Netherlands Government and Army in Britain was £200.000, apart from voluntary gifts of planes.
