The port of Kobe will be closed to foreigners for ten days from tomorrow. An Associated Press of America correspondent states that it is believed that the Japanese are deliberately giving the impression of a move against Russia to cloak a real move against IndoChina. Extreme tension is apparent at Saigon. MOVE IN PROSPECT BEFORE END OF MONTH. ACCORDING TO “TIMES” CORRESPONDENT. (Received This Day, 1.10 p.m.) LONDON, July 14. According to “The Times” diplomatic correspondent many signs suggest that Japan may make a military or a combined military and naval move before the end of the month. A dominant school in the Government is urging a naval move against 'ndo-China and Thailand.* Britain and the United States are closely watching developments and exchanging information on a practical basis.
