THIN ELBOWS

CAN BE MADE BEAUTIFUL. Thin elbows can be made beautifully soft and white and much rounder in appearance if you massage them every night with warm olive oil. Spend a few minutes working the oil into the skin. The easiest way to carry out this treatment is to pour a little of the oil into the cupped palm of the hand, then place the hand under the opposite elboxx' and rub the oil into the skin. Arms which are very thin can be fattened out by carrying outxa combined exercise and olive oil treatment. First massage the arms every night with olive oil, carrying out the movement gently but firmly from the wrist upwards. Then sit on the floor and carry out movements with the arms as if you were rowing.
