SENATE COMMITTEE REQUEST EARLY WITHDRAWAL OF BRITISH TROOPS. LEST GERMANS ATTACK. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.55 a.m.) WASHINGTON, July 13. The United Press of America says the Senate Naval Affairs Committee has agreed to urge President Roosevelt to ask for a speedy withdrawal of British troops from Iceland, lest a German attack on the British endanger American lives.
