VITAMIN D.
PRODUCTION IN UNITED STATES. UNIVERSITY INJUNCTION SUIT. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day’, 12.55 p.m.) WASHINGTON, July 10. The Wisconsin University Research Foundation injunction suit against a Los Angeles firm disclosed that the original process for producing Vitamin D was presented to the Foundation by Dr Harry Steenbock and enriched the Foundation’s assets by 5,000,000 dollars. The president of the alleged infringing firm contended that the Foundation’s patent tended to create a monopoly, placing Vitamin D beyond the reach of the average person.
