DEPARTURE FROM UNITED STATES. TWO GOING TO FAR EAST. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, Noon.) NEW YORK, July 10. Dr Borschers, German Consul-Gen-eral, left for San Francisco by plane today. Herr Koining and Captain Wiedemann are both sailing by a Japanese liner on Sunday. All the other Consuls are returning via Lisbon by the American transport West Point. It is therefore considered that Dr Borschers and Captain Wiedemann are taking up new assignments in the Orient.
