General Chiang Kai-shek, in a War Anniversary message to friendly powers, said: “The European and Asiatic wars have become a single conflict, in which these opposed to aggression are resisting the aggressor nations. No nation can escape the conflict, as the aggressors are planning to dominate the world forcibly.’’ Chiang Kai-shek said the outcome of the conflict would depend on the efficiency with which the opposers of aggression combined their efforts. Hence the strength of the Asiatic, American and European democracies must be developed to the utmost through close-co-operation. The Generalissimo expressed the thanks of the Chinese for British, American and Russian aid and promised that the Chinese would firmly hold their front. NO HALT IN FLOW OF RUSSIAN SUPPLIES. (Received This Day, 10.30 a.m.) Nliw YORK, July 7. The “New York Times” Chungking correspondent says it is authoritatively stated that Russia has assured China that the hostilities with Germany will not halt the flow of Soviet military supplies to China. The Soviet is anxious to speed up Chinese deliveries of tungsten.
